Oh hey there dA.
Sooo... my computer finally kicked the bucket. It was kind of old (though I still think it should've held out a couple more years) and the other day it just finally gave up. Wouldn't start up. So I got myself a shiny new laptop that is amazing and wonderful and ohmygodsoshiny and I love it. To pieces. It has a pretty kick-ass graphics card, which was really the whole reason I wanted a new computer in the first place. The old one was so crappy it didn't even meet the bare minimum requirements for running Skyrim.
Of course, now I am very poor.
The school year will be starting pretty soon, and I've transferred to a new school. This'll be my sixth year of college, and I have two more to go, according to the advisor I met with. That's the bad news. The good news is that with the exception of one english class, I've met all the gen ed and prereq requirements for my major, and all I have left are two years of nothing but graphics classes. Hell. Yes. And the classes they offer here all sound like so much fun. They've got classes on storyboarding, sequential art (comics!!), 2d animation, stop-motion animation, 3d modeling, illustration classes... Gah! I want to take them all!! I haven't been this excited about school in years!
I've got a few pieces of art I'm working on. I know, I know, I upload like once every 6 months. I'll try to get better about that. One piece is just about done, the others are in various stages of completion. So stuff's on the way. Yay.
Alrighty, well, I'm out.
